    Are there icon packs specifically for keyone without having to install a 3rd party launcher like Nova, Go, etc.?

    BlackBerry Launcher supports most icon packs. Haven't found one that doesn't work fine yet and I've tried dozens.

    I had a problem understanding this when I first switched to Android... so just in case you havent worked it out you do nothing with the downloaded file, opening that doesnt show the BB launcher.

    If you select the setting icon from the home page, then from the app list select the cog icon at the top right, then there is an option for icon packs, from there you can select the pack you want, it also gives you a preview of the icons before you change.

    I havent found one yet that doesnt support the BB launcher.
