    I only just noticed this while playing a game in landscape mode.

    There seems to be a tiny air bubble in my upper back cover. and it makes a slight creak sound when you push on that area. Does anyone else have this issue?

    I put a circle around the area where this is occurring below.

    Just notice my my back cover makes a tiny creak sound-blackberry-keyone-5.jpg

    Why don't you just remove it and see what's causing it?

    It's normal. Everyone's KeyOne has this, the area underneath that spot is not flat.

    I've contacted BBMobile about this issue and is in fact a defect and not normal.

    I just got a new KEYone today and my new one does not have this issue. So highly encourage you to return it if you do run into this problem.
