First, like many of you, i am a long time BB fan and could not wait for this phone to come out!

Within 1.5 hours of Best Buy texting and emailing telling me that my device was in, I was back home with it and ready to rock!

I start the device up, hit get started and proceed to type in my WiFi Password and my FREAKING "L" KEY DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!

I breath, restart the device, breath and wallla, still nothing!!!!!!

I call tech support to be told "I should go back to Best Buy to speak with them about a replacement device"

I asked this person if they had any idea how hard it wad to get the device and if has been living under a rock for a few months? I guess at BB they work and live in isolated cubicles and are not aware of new devices and all the hype along with it.

Enough, Back to Best Buy for a damn Return!!!!

Man, I'm sorry to hear. That sucks bad. We bust our butts to best buy and a handful are having some random probs. Hopefully they replace before new orders.

This was the response to the Amazon post about the keys - only 2 hours later. Seems like BB Mobile is trying to stay on top of things. NO device has launched without issues, seem like these are few and far between.

Hey, at least some of your keys work. Not a single key on my keyboard works, like, at all. Nothing happens when I press them. Still waiting for Rogers to get more devices so I can exchange it...

Whew I'm one of the lucky ones!!! So far zero issues and it's an amazing device!
