    I'm frustrated with the new update. I downloaded it on February 5 and in the beginning there were issues with apps not opening. Now I can't seem to get any app updates. I spent nearly an hour with Sprint and the issue was not resolved.

    do u mean when u go into the Google play to update apps? that happens to me often and only fix is to turn phone off and then on to get the apps to update in Google play store which I do myself - not set on auto updates.

    Clear both cache and data on the Play Store app. Clear cache on Play Service app. Reboot device by holding down power button for 32 seconds.

    It will either go through an download cycle without installing several times, or it will show a download pending without ever going through the download itself.
