    Plug your device into your computer, swipe from the top, change the charge mode, change to charge & data.

    Thanks, so when you choose "charge and data" , I always get a set of options - as midi, I believe "mtp" or something like that, ptp, or transfer files - is selecting transfer files the same as MSM? My Keyone doesn't pop up as an additional drive when I do this so I didn't think so.

    MTP would be the option for moving/transferring files. However, what happens kind of depends on your computer. Make sure you grab the Windows BlackBerry Android drivers. - https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...1570F46266A608 assuming you're using Windows. If you're on a Mac, well, just download Android File Transfer - https://www.android.com/filetransfer/
