Hi everyone,

Is there anyone in Europe with the BBB100-2 model who obtained the June update already? I hoped that BlackBerry will push their updates as fast as in Canada / US.
I work in healthcare and system security is very important due to patient data I can access. Thus, I bought KEYone as it combines a physical keyboard and has been promoted as the most secure android phone that will get monthly updates similarly to the Pixel.
It seems that BlackBerry did not manage to hold on to this promise...

Yes, disappointingly it's still April. Unlocked BB100-2 from CPW.

This is why I wanted to get the 100-1 model from the US and use it in EU, I know from experience (Priv) that the CA/NA get the updates first than the rest of the models. I never understood why Apple can push an update to all devices (I have a pretty good idea ) @ once while crapdroid manufacturers need to push updates based on the model.

To be fair, only in Canada is the update even pushed for that model, none of the unlocked ones have the update either yet, pretty inexcusable since it is clearly done.

I think all 100-1 models have the June security update no matter the network (except for the ones that are network locked) or location. I'm pretty sure that ppl from US with 100-1 have the update as well not just the ones from CA.

That would be incorrect. Almost none of the US 001's have received it.

Completely incorrect, almost none have the update. Only a few do from select Canadian carriers, none of the unlocked ones have the update.
