    ...and the thumbnail says enough.

One solitary problem identified among very rough testing. No adhesive to the screen back. Seems easily overcome.

People need to be nicer to their $550 electronic devices. Maybe get a case and screen protector while you are at it.
how about the manufacturer spend an extra nickel to put some darn glue around a screen i mean really how much is it to put some glue on it. I have a bottle of gorilla glue a home that just a dab is more than enough.

Whatever. Still loving my Keyone. You worried return it, Not worried don't.

I'm never going to do anything remotely close to these obnoxiously extreme things to mine anyways.

thats because there were no drop test, furthermore either someone from cb who received these devices got completely different well built devices or they knew something about this but decided to say nothing.

    I'm in shock.

Watching that screen pop out like nothing made me cringe. Never had that happen with any of my previous Blackberry devices.

Umm, glad I ended up getting a case (or two) for my KEYone. Here's hoping my screen doesn't pop out.

OP, thank you for sharing that review video!

I would not call this nothing. Its upto the TCL, if they make this right and add some adhesive. Opportunity for customer service and PR.

Why are you commenting so much to calm us down? Are you being paid, too? Can't you accept that to some people these issues might be concerning? If they are not concerning to you - good for you. But let us have our own word on it, without you confuting charges.

K1 is selling in canada via carrier (bell, Roger Telus) , it must passed GR test that included drop test. Not surprisingly Chinese phone screen pop out or deform easy, possibly not full comply to GR.

Not so bad overall. He sure had to bend to get screen to pop. But I'm thinking they will be replacing many KEYone's until they fix.
I'm thinking this is one reason why they limited stock at this time.

That sucks there's no adhesive. I have 3m tape from a a screen repair I've done on other phones. I may just add it. This is the first phone I can go over 7 hours on screen time and go all day hammering it and not need a charge. Hope they fix the future ones.
There are other phones that can do that. Just no pkb

I'm happy with my device and will not be returning but time will tell if the Keyone is built to last.

I think you are missing the point. I and others have doubts on how robust the Keyone is and time will tell if this is a wide-spread issue.

I would like some comment from TCL on this.

From the late Steve Jobs, "you are dropping it wrong!"

I have no choice to wait since I am waiting on the CDMA version. I switch phones alot and i have been lurking on forums for every one of them and I don't think i have ever seen a phone with zero issues, hardware or software. I lived through the Note 7 debacle and glass shattering on the LG v20 camera lens, iPhone antenna issues, freezing on the Google Pixel. Most become fixed and other companies learn from this and make better, newer phones. I hope they can address this in a timely fashion and fix this during manufacturing. I will wait and worse comes to worst, Amazon has a great return policy.

It would be to clarify the where he got the phone from? Nexus 6P, HTC 9 and many more also bent.
BTW, who intentionally bend their phones? The iPhone bends as well.
Regardless, not good but saying that my wife has dropped hers twice on tile from standing position and it's totally fine.

TCL needs to make a statement ASAP!

Is someone actually sending feedback to TCL about the issues we've seen in the forums? such as CrackBerryKevin or Bla1ze??
CBK is too busy trying to figure out what to say as all he did was continuously praise the KEYone in hopes of getting people to buy it.
