Issues setting up work emails on BB Hub+ on KeyOne

Hello,

I've been trying to set up my work emails on BB KeyOne WITHOUT success. First, I couldn't pass through certificate/authentication error message. Second, after contacting our IT Department for help, they gave different POP/IMAP Port Numbers to try, even bypassing Security Protocol. It didn't work and they gave up!

Can someone please help?
