I got aam625 around 14 hours ago and ever since I've been having problems.

95% of the time my back button does not work. It is not registering because if I keep hitting the button, the screen and keyboard lights go out.

50% of the time my recents button doesn't work.

    No other issues.

I do have a glass screen protector and I haven't had any issues with it, even though some people have said they've had issues with their buttons not working.

I could try to remove it and see if it works better without it. I just don't want to because it's a perfect install.

Is it possible to remove this latest update and revert back to the June update??

    Thanks, John

Are you using the blackberry launcher? Some have said changing launchers helped with the buttons not working.

No. I'm using the nova launcher. I've rebooted a bunch of times also, made no difference.

After the most current update my back button lost a bit of sensitivity! I do use a glass screen protector and have not had this issue prior to the update!

Received the July upgrade from Rogers on Tuesday and the recent button works sporadically Stopped in a Rogers store out of town and was told it is definitely a software issue. Otherwise all OK so far.

Do you lose touch response on the screen when this happens? I'm having an issue that almost seems like ghost presses on the screen. Eventually, I can't hit any nav button or interact with the display, and can only reboot to fix

Not me. Everything else works like it has. 100%. I wonder if taking the glass protector off will fix it?

It did I removed it and the screen and buttons are soooo much more responsive! The glass protector created a bit of touch sensitivity lag!

I guess the solution is to remove the glass screen protector. or stick it out for a month til the august update comes out and possibly fixes it.
