Lithium ion batteries doesn't have memory issue, so you don't need to run it down to a certain percentage. In fact you can charge it whenever you want, Li-ion batteries should be able to hold about 300 cycles of charges well before significantly degrade (a cycle is 100% battery depletion, so if you charge it from 50% it only counts as half a cycle).
