Seems the only people who got the device are people who reviewed by it. You could probably have walked into BlackBerry offices and snatched one up. Just give them a story of how you know how to market and can secure so many order...THEY WOULD RUN OUT OF STOCK!

If you really want a KeyOne, you could have just done a little research, ordered from one of the many vendors that have been selling them for weeks, and pay a little bit more to get a great phone first and not be a bitter lemming waiting for the supply chain to catch up. You have to pay to play. Ordered mine from Dubai, in my hands in 5 business days. Runs like a top on ATT.

I fly First Class too. No lines, much happiness. 1 %ers rule!

Halfway kidding, but you get the idea...

It's not easy being a tech reviewer, and just saying you are one has very little credibility.

Trust me, companies aren't likely to just hand out devices without a proven track record. Of course, I'm sure you knew this already, but I'm throwing it out there anyways.

(also, being a tech reviewer is not about the free products)

They often times require you to return the device as well...so being a tech reviewer doesn't automatically equate to free stuff unless you're fairly well known.

I'd rather wait for it to come to my home country and then i would pick one up. I'm not even sure Blackberry has an office in my country lol.

Sometimes its a loaner, sometimes its free, sometimes they've paid out of pocket.
