    Two days ago, I started to receive a message that my iCloud email account could not be authenticated. I have deleted and tried to add the account using information I found in the crackberry forum and nada. Any suggestions?

    you have to use two step authentication with an APP SPECIFIC PASSWORD. Log into you apple account to activate it and get the password which you enter into the KeyOne settings.

    Yep that's the trick. Make sure you start by login to your Apple ID. https://appleid.apple.com/. You can then generate an app specific password for your iCloud account that you can enter on the Keyone or any android device.

    I had this same issue and your advice worked perfect. Generated an app specific password and boom. The strange part for me was I didn't have two step turned on. I turned it on and generated the app specific password and my mail started working again
