I have a simply, but boring, issue.
After the updating of the app Contacts (I guess), I can’t add new contacts. In particular, the ckeckmark doesn’t work.
If I reinstalled the app, I’ll lose the contacts I have?

First, do you use any email service like Gmail or yahoo? Then you could backup using their services.
Just backup all ur contacts on Google, and always save new contacts on ur Google account.

Yes mates. I have Yahoo account with all contacts syncronized.
I''m going to delete and reinstall App contacts and I'll let you know. Thanks :) :)
Nothing.
I tried do deactivate and reactivate Contacts App, but nothing.
I tried to download 3 other contact Apps, but the "Save" function doesn't work.
The syncronization with Yahoo account doesn't add on the BB new contacts I added on Yahoo.
I guess, at this point, the problem is linked with another problematic: 15 days ago I followed on this site the procedure to enable the pointer on my Keyone (https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...v-had-1126647/).
I downloaded Setting Data Editor App, used ADB as reccomended ecc.
Except for the fact that the pointer doesn't work with new update SO, since the procedure I done, my phone is going extremely slow after 10 minutes of using; I guess something gone wrong.
Do you advise me to post new thread?

Hi, me too. I cannot add new contacts. The checkmark doesn't work. After tapping on it i can no longer edit the details of the contact but i can still scroll up and down.
Hi mate. Try to use other apps of Contacts and update me if them work.
I have the same problem. I used 3 apps: the BlackBerry contact app, the Google app and the camcard app. I was able to save to camcard but it is not linked to the phone contacts so if I try to export it doesn't work as well.
