    I have a noice like the strong wind in the background. Does somebody know how to fix it?

    Not much you can do unless you can somehow prevent the wind from getting at the mic.

    Oh. Well then, I'm not sure.

    You can try holding down the power button for 32 seconds.

    If that doesn't work, factory reset.

    If that doesn't work, return for service.
