I deleted my SD icon from top of task bar; how do I get it back?

Hi All. I deleted my SD icon from top of task bar; how do I get it back. Cannot get into my SD card now.

If you open the Downloads icon and tap the hamburger menu, you'll see your memory card listed in the menu on the left.

I'm not sure what you mean by SD icon? Go into settings, storage, and then press the eject button, then physically remove the SD card before reinserting it.

When you first install the SD card into the phone, it has a notification icon, like a you'd see for text, email, etc. You can swipe it away, and that is what the OP seems to have done.

Luckily there are other ways to access the card and see what is on it, while it is in the phone.

ASUS File manager is the best one that I've tried so far... all the functions I need and its FREE with no ads! :)

Don't even need to download anything else. You can access it with things built into the OS already.
