    I'm not receiving Txt messages on KeyOne. called ATT and they cant resolve it. I can send texts but can't receive. please help. Haven't received texts in 24hrs

    Have you done a hard reset. Hold the power button for 30 sec then release.

    make sure the messenger is selected in settings... use the settings dialog search panel at top doe "default apps" and look...
