    Ever since Oreo came out my Hub doesn't seem to update in the background. My issue is if I read an email on my desktop my phone doesn't know it's read until I actually open the App. Previously this wasn't the case.

    I've had "help receive emails quicker" turned on and off in the settings but that doesn't seem to change anything.

    Another thing is when I have the notification of an email in my notification tray and I select "mark as read" that doesn't mark as read either.

    I use Outlook and have a personal email account through Gmail and a work account also run by Gmail.

    If anyone has an idea of how to fix this it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    mine has always done this too (KeyOne and Key2). I don't know what the fix is if any.

    This seems to be fixed in the most recent system update.
