Hey guys,

I've been stuck on August patch and have never received any updates from AT&T. I go into settings and always check for up updates, but it shows I'm up to date. My phone is starting to slow down and lag heavily, so is there any way I can manually update this?

Make sure you're on WiFi. Shut off Mobile data. When search tells you up to date. Stay on screen and check again. Repeat.

Since AT&T has the update released, I'd call tech support through your AT&T customer account.

Seconding Chuck's response. AT&T can manually push the notification to update to your phone. Otherwise, I've had success just traveling with the phone. When you swap to new towers I find that you are reminded more often to update.

Also what might be important is where the phone came from originally and if it is unlocked or registered on the carrier's network.
