    Hello friends! Finally got my BlackBerry keyone today and I'm having trouble with Google play store. Nothing it's downloading for some reason! Signal it's perfect good Internet connection. When I'm trying to use BBM messenger it says that it won't work until Google play services it's updated! Right now apps still on download pending! Anyone that could help me with this problem?

    Stop everything from downloading, then just downloading things individually or just wait a bit. It might look like everything is pending, but it's really not. Out of the box, there's a lot to update.

    Already tried that and still the same thing! Google play store services it's on download pending for hours!

    I restarted the phone twice to see if that would help but nothing yet

    Are you on WiFi? By default, Android may require a WiFi connection to download updates. Check settings as follows: https://support.google.com/googlepla...r/113412?hl=en
