Any tips? I try not to use my phone when outside but once I come home I wonder if there is something that works well?

I have been wiping my K1 with a clorox wipe. But I have a case and film over my screen.

I have put it inside a Ziploc bag, but it gets pretty annoying so I gave up.

What do you use to wipe the steering wheel of you car?

I personally would not get any liquid whatsoever near the keyboard area, especially the spacebar because it has electronics right under it.
The other keys have a rubber mat beneath them so it's less of an issue.

Yeah I can see how that could be annoying ... at my work we put saran wrap over our computer keyboards - super annoying but I guess safety first sometimes. (We use each other's computers sometimes)...

Ya the screen is easy I was more concerned about cleaning material / stuff getting into the keyboard...

The “Phone Soap with UV Sanitizer” works really well for me. QVC for a little over $35 including s&h and tax. What’s neat is you can charge it while it cleans. When I don’t have my phone or iPod Touch in it I put my keys in it (think of valet parking or just having your car at the mechanics.) When I’m out of the house I spray hand sanitizer on a paper towel (carry them in the car) and wipe the phone down with that.
    Good luck!

I would never use anything containing ammonia on a touchscreen. It can remove the anti-glare and oleophobic coatings.

Lysol wipes are perfectly fine. Apple even approves now and notes it won't affect the coatings. (Other examples out there as well of a half screen being wiped with one for an extended period and the coatings remaining in tact) I use them and then a microfiber to mop up any remaining moisture.
