Unfortunately, I'm on my 5th, but really 4th:

2 screen popoffs -- warranty replacements
1 bad build: elevated silver bar on pkb
1 order thru Amazon as an interim replacement and returned as Wtty replacement arrived (don't count that one)
1 warranty replacement on order and in process.

I'm very happy w the features and functionality of the device, but this is getting nuts and hours and hours blown. I've never had this experience before w Blackberry.

Wtty was short for warranty. Now changed to full word. Glad you've not had any issues.

I haven't had to have mine replaced either. However, I'm unsure of which batch my device was produced in as I bought it off Swappa. Condition was basically mint and I have not had any issues with it thus far. It does lag a little bit here and there, but I expected that going in.

Three. Two for the screen, 3rd for a bad fingerprint scanner. So far this fourth one seems OK. But the screen usually fails around the 4 week mark. I'll know in a few more weeks.

I've had two KEYones replaced.
1 - screen popping out
2 - fingerprint reader that stopped working

Not quite sure how to feel tbh, but I am on my third device and all seems well so far.

No issues with mine from Rogers Wireless, first batch, I think as I picked it up on June 1st. Great phone in my opinion and sorry about the ones that have had issues with screens, etc.

I've had 1 BB Keyones replaced so far due to fall into canal , upon recovering it the screen popped out and only locked 2G. Bought new KeyOne and the present device so far so good.

That's the problem. Aside from the one I had which had a defective pkb build, they work fine until one day...when the screen pops out. I agree: around week 4.

I thought they fixed the screen issue?

1st Device Rogers - Network issues after the update in August, couldn't connect anymore and the battery was horrible only one day, moderate use.
