    Try running the Microphone test in the Support Center app.

    Yes..im done checked but still cant hear anything when im doing call out or incoming call..I can hear but with speaker only...

    I hope you don't have Bluetooth connected. I'd suggest to test in isolation if your mic and ear piece speakers are working fine or not.
