It's been a few years since I used a blackberry but I I fancied a change from the clear slabs and here I am am with the Keyone.

I am struggling to get back into a sync with this typing on the PKB and I'm wondering how do you guys hold it for typing?

I hold it with 3 fingers each hand on the back and pinkies resting at the bottom of the phone .

I've started to do this. Not so comfortable. Suppose I will get used to it. I've only had it a day.

Get a ring for the back and you'll love it. I have one on almost every phone and it's helped with one handed typing.

I do this with every phone, not just BlackBerrys.

One-handed I hold it with 4 fingers balancing it on the back and thumb on the screen.

When I type I use 2nd 3rd 4th and at the bottom pinky of right hand, and 2nd 3rd of left hand; or, also, 2 3 4 of right hand (4 holding at bottom) and 2 3 of left hand (3 holding at bottom).
When I write I keep the K1 nearly horizontal, let say max around 20 degrees.

Where exactly do you put the ring? I have one in the very center of my Dtek50, but my thumbs are too short for one handed typing. I wonder if I could on the Keyone?

That's my problem, too. I keep my phone in the holster on my belt when not in use. With a ring attached to the back, it won't fit anymore.

It fits in the sleeve just fine it's a little tight but I think it's better that way, don't have to worry about it sliding out, if you look at the picture I posted I have the rings on my cases that way if I want to use my phone naked I ain't got to worry about peeling the ring on and off

Hmmm. That's lower on the phone than mine. Might be more comfortable lower.
