    I transfered my information from my z10 to my keyone. Now I want to load music from my laptop to my keyone but when I plug my cable into my laptop I‘m lost.

    Do you have an sd card in the phone? If yes, when you plug it in you should get a green wheel to be able to choose to transfer files. If you don't see it swipe down to get to it.

    It partly depends on how you have your music organized on your laptop and which OS you're using.

    As a Windows user with hundreds of existing iTunes playlists, I've been using doubleTwist and have been quite pleased with it.
