    I just installed my email accounts on my new Keyone, and though my email messages are showing in Hub, when I try to open them all I get is "unable to create view". When I go to the email accounts directly, I can't open a message either. Restarted the phone and still doesn't work.

    Please help!

    Restart your phone and see if that helps.

    Didn't help, and I also have apps (American Airlines, etc.) that won't open either.

    Did you add the accounts through the hub itself?

    I am having the same problem. emails and text messages appear in hub but I can not open them to read them. I get the message: unable to open view. Very frustrating. Did you figure out a solution? How do you restart your phone? I have a key 2 but key 1 solution should work. dgibson14@cogeco.ca

    Someone suggested that I remove or disable the Gmail app awhile back. This worked for me so I would try that. As far as texting goes.. they have to come both in texting app and in the hub. Not a great way to have the hub take that over. Try installing Textra the text messaging app and get rid of your current app. Works much better.

    Sounds like somehow the default app selection has been lost, and the OS doesn't know what to do when you try to open the file type. I'm sure there is a way to tell the OS to open emails in the HUB again, though I need to poke around a bit to see where.

    not much help from these forums on "unable to create view" BlackBerry itself should solve the problem and let us know. very irresponsible. As well, BlackBerry is getting paid money for the use of its app for comprehensive messaging and email service: but, icons still come up asking whether or not I want to subscribe even though its paid. BlackBerry, get off your *** and fix it!

    I downgraded (disabled, allowed to return to work stock installed, and disabled updates in Google play for hub+ and hub+ services as well as dependent apps) and it runs great...
