How can I do if my keyone stuck at the screen of the bb logo and “powered by Android”

Who can help me with it, my keyone had stuck in this screen for over one month, last time after it power off and then it has this problem, whatever I do.all they are useless.

Is it stuck, or looping?

If stuck, hold down the power button for 32 seconds.

If looping, check to see if power button is stuck. Give it a few whacks.

It’s stuck, I’ve held it down for many times. 10 seconds,32 seconds.still stuck.

Let the battery completely die. Then plug it in and see if it boots.

Thanks for your replied. I’ve tried it for many times, but it still stuck. And It was upgraded with the software, still haven’t solve.

You've tried completely draining your battery many times?

Plus, how did you upgrade the phone without being able to boot it?

Yes, I’ve tried many times. I did it follow the introduction of the upgrade software. My phone was able into fastboot.
