    Trying to back up my keyone, business phone with lots of numbers and emails etc.
    Due to the screen lifting completely the screen does not turn on anymore.

    This probably won't help, but if I were in your shoes and really needed that information, I would just take the phone to a local repair shop and see if they can save it.

    There is no direct way of doing it. Google saves most things.

    Assuming you set up your account correctly, Google will back up your contacts and apps will be attached to your account.

    All your documents and such should be moved to an SD card, or just plugged into the PC for drag and drop.

    You constantly get a full backup and restore option on PC.

    The cable that joins the screen to motherboard was prolly ripped out and damaged!

    just tried it, other than photos etc, there is no option for a full bakc up?

    mind you, i cant access the phone either
