Hello, My phone suddenly crashed, now it can only flashboot the screen, and can't do anything else. I tried updating with mobile upgrade Q, but the error is as shown. then I tried autoloader and the image suddenly shut down .. before my computer got stuck, it still had password. Is there any way to save it?

Use the wipe autoloader.

I tried the copy you sent, but it got an error like the picture.
