I bought an AT&T space black KeyOne online however it didn't come in the black box with the blue lining. Instead it came with a Tumi case and a compartment at the bottom that pulls out like a drawer.

Additionally the box doesn't have a label for the imei or serial.

Out of curiosity, what did I buy exactly lol.

I meant what version? Because it's not the AT&T box and I thought only reviewers got the TUMI case.

Now I went to the AT&T website to try to unlock it and got an email saying this phone is fraudulent... So confused lol. Do you know if that would happen if someone tried to unlock a reviewer device?

No idea. At this point I'd probably just return the phone if possible.

Called AT&T and figured out why. I think the reason is because they want the original account holder's info and not mine in order to unlock the device. Have reached out to buyer.

Still curious as to whether this was a review device or not though!

This was in deed a reviewers device. Black keyone review units shipping with the tumi case though not likeley. What probably happened is that the reviewer got both the silver and black keyones liked the silver one didnt like the ATT box that the black one came with and threw it away and sold the black one with the review ones box as a nice token

apparently three devices sold from swappa have that same box so... perplexing. Will update when i go to att tomorrow to buy one

Nothing, I talked to AT&T again today they said the device is fine - it is not reported lost or stolen and the IMEI is clean. Although, I think I will sell the phone. Not really liking it as much as I thought I would.
