    This isn't a keyone specific issue and not an android one either but hopefully someone is tech savvy enough here to help me out...
    I have my work email (fatcow hosted) on my mac at work and if I leave the email app open then all emails pulled to my mobile show up as unread... works fine if I close the app before leaving work but I don't like having to close email every time I get up from my desk (which is A LOT)

    Try doing a Get Mail operation (top left corner) to refresh the mailbox on your Mac when you've finished reading your mail.

    the problem isn't on my mac it's on my mobile devices, the emails show up read on my phone so I don't get a notification
