Could not get on 4G LTE on ATT so went to an ATT store. They looked at me as if I just disembarked from Pluto when I showed them my K1 and uttered the alien command "Fix BlackBerry" . With the store rep by your side:

    1. Using your K1, dial 611. Ask to be transferred to Tech Support.

    2. Tell the TS rep you have already added an unlocked GSM BlackBerry KeyOne model BBB100-1 to your wireless account and it won't connect to 4G LTE.

    3. The rep should find an unused PRIV IMEI and assign it to your K1. This "fix" is good for 30 days. The top status bar should change to 4G. Your SIM card may still show HSPA.

    4. Tell rep to call you back in 5 min.

    5. Power cycle your K1.

    6. Take nothing for granted with ATT earthlings: When rep calls back, remind rep to submit a request to permanently add your IMEI into the system. They say that can take 2 weeks.

    7. Exit store and return to your craft.

    Great write up!!!

Luckily, all I did was swap the Sim from my Galaxy S8+ to my Keyone and have always had LTE.
