This happened the other day and now again today. I'm taking fine pictures but when I snap one, I get this very over-exposed image. I don't think that I've changed settings/filters accidentally but maybe I have.

    Ideas?

Have I accidentally changed modes or filters in the camera app-img_20170704_1217413.jpg

you might have turned on pro mode (manual mode). Try to go back to auto.. IINM, you can press the key A to go back to auto..

Or if you are in the Pro Mode, try adjusting the exposure slider..

    Auto.

Adi suggested, does hitting M change to manual? Or only the A key works?

And if you switch to another app or close the phone, will it switch back to MY normal chosen setting? Any other LETTERS control while in camera app?

I did not notice the interior boat shot as it occurred. But I noticed the two today (light house, etc) and I could not change it. So swapped out to Home screen then back to camera and it was okay again.

I dont have the KEYone but I recalled reading a shortcut press to go back to Auto. I think only letter A works right now as a shortcut key.

Anyway, since you are in auto mode, can you try to tap on the screen in different locations and different contrasty area? For example, when you tap on the sky, it should expose for the sky, and make the foreground darker. If you expose for the subject, the sky might have been overblown to compensate for the exposure. Not sure if I explain it correctly lol..

Hmmm. I like that idea. Since the sun was making it hard to see the screen, it is quite possible I tapped someplace other than the "shutter" button and changed the focal point of the picture that changed the aperture setting.

I will have to try that when I next see the sun!

Thanks. Obviously NOT!!! While I don't recall having a similar problem with the Priv, maybe the KeyOne acts differently.

I have seen this also and chalked it up to user error.
