Data services work, but can’t seem to get calling working
Anyone on this?
What have you tried so far? have you tried changing your cellular network settings?
Just did some research and LTE is only used for data. So to get cellular to work you would have to set your cellular network settings to LTE/WCDMA/GSM. As to whether that will work I couldn't tell you.
I'm probably wrong LOL! Verizon is CDMA right? You're probably out of luck.
you need a bbb100-3 I believe
Got it working..100% on LTE Voice and Data with Advanced Calling and WiFi Calling..
Enabled all options by dialing *#*#46368676#*#*, going into phone menu and enabling all advanced options, rebooting and boom!! Working!
Only thing is no CDMA backfall, but everything I go to and in between is LTE advanced markets
Good on you boy!
Now if I can figure out why native hotspot isn’t working..might have to install PDANet as a work around...
so you've got an unlocked gsm north american version and turned all options on and works totally with vzw sim card?
what exactly it's not working?
So far, the following isn’t working/available
-CDMA connectivity (I live and travel in LTE Markets)
-Native mobile hotspot (using PDANet as work around)
That’s all!!
that's really good because cdma version doesn't have many bands as gsm
what about the voice mail ?
do you get a text message when you get one or you're using a third party app?
I use Textra for all my android devices and have had zero issues using it.
Voicemail natively works fine as well.
