    Since morning during calls keyone's speaker is not working during calls. But in loud speaker and earphone its ok.

    I tried restarts also no improvements any suggestions???

    Could be a physical problem with the earpiece speaker.

    Try playing music through your earpiece speaker. Will help to determine if the earpiece speaker is bad:

    Hey I played the songs as u mentioned but I can't hear anything. I bought my Keyone last year sep 4. Will take to the retailer shop and BBM mobile don't have Service centre in Saudi. How I can resolve it

    finally i handed over to Axiom where i bought the mobile, its almost a 20 months older device.
    They informed that they will not repair and they announced the cash back of 290 USD.
    I got the refund amount and am just thinking what i should i buy now?????

    run the diagnostic multiple times, I had the same issue and after about 4 tests it started working
