I've had my Keyone for 1.5 years, 2 major Android OS versions yet still cannot use Google Assistant. I can install it but when open it says it's not available for this device.

I see others using it on this device so what's the issue? I unlocked it so can't be a carrier issue, I use English, am in Canada so why doesn't it work?

Have you been into the "settings" within the assistant to ensure the toggle is turned on?

Under settings then apps then assistant there is no toggle to turn it off or on. If I try and open it from the apps list, it says it's not supported on this device.

Open the Google app Google Search.
On the Home screen, tap Menu Menu and then Settings.
Under "Google Assistant," tap Settings and then Turn on.

I have all that turned on. My issue is that Google Assistant doesn't recognize my voice when I say "Hey Google" or "OK Google". Google Assistant does come up manually.
