    So I can launch my Google Assistant with "OK Google" but how do I set to long press on the home button like other devices or even set it to a keyboard shortcut or convenience key.

    Long press on the home button is default behaviour....... unless you have changed your display size to small, in which case it won't work until you set the display size back to default, tis a bug. And there are no options to set it on the convenience key or keys. If you're using a different launcher though, such as Nova Launcher, there's ways to launch it through gestures.

    Ah I set my display size to small which is why it's not working.

    Do you also know how to change the lock screen shortcuts? I can't seem to find it.

    Another of those things where you can't, unless you change your launcher.
