BlackBerry Mobile should not underestimate the appeal of "fashionable" colors. I think a rose gold version, or the all red/white would have alot of appeal. It boils down to: can these variants be made/sold profitably?

They aren't going to have the benefit of demos stock in stores. I think these color variants benefit from in-store/impulse sales (I see it, I love it, I gotta have it!)

I'm more of a silver/black guy, so what to I know.

the white (if it is pearl white with glossy) or piano black looks very nice. the above links would be eye catching - limited edition should be excellent (international version for example).

I think we WILL see a special gold edition if NOT officially someone will do it! It really DOES look cool, BUT BlackBerry has done plenty of special editions in the past and the hype of this phone is already so high you HAVE to believe a special edition is already in the idea (if not more) stages!
