I'm still shopping around for a case. I really need a rubberized cover because the rounded edges of this phone make it hard to pick-up off flat surfaces. I'm also wondering why the volume rocker and convenience key weren't placed higher up, I'm always hitting them by accident. This phone looks great naked (a lot of people have told me so in the wild) but I really feel like I'm going to drop this K1 and shatter the screen! I was never this paranoid with the Classic. Sure wish Outterbox offered a Defender for this phone.

I'm using the Seidio Surface case with holster and it provides really good protection for the KEYone phone. It's a dual layer case. That might help.

IMHO the Ringke Fusion line offers the best allrounder solution in terms of cases for this phone:
    - Not that expensive
    - Decent grip
    - Clear or "smoked" design shows off the phone
    - Decent protection
    - Very good cut-outs for ports and speakers
    - Excellent feedback for all buttons
    - Lip on the front protects both screen and keyboard when facing down
    - Silicone lips on the corners of the back give extra grip on flat surfaces
    - Keyboard interference is minimal and hard to notice, at least for me
    - Doesn't feel like the typical clear el-cheapo TPU cases

I also have the Incipio Dual Pro case, while it seems to offer more protection, it also adds more bulk and weight, isn't really better in terms of grip and, pretty annoying, the buttons offer almost no tactile feedback, especially the power button.

Im also using the Ringke Fusion which is an excellent case with enough protection to claim a military drop spec according to Ringke (anywhere but a direct screen hit) the case provides much more "grip" on the edges of the phone with very little extra bulk added.

Buy a cheap clear soft shell on amazon. They're cheap, they provide grip, and still show off its looks.

I just got the official BlackBerry dual layer case and it is a really nice fit for the device. It does make the device a little bit more slick to hold, but it sure does feel great in the hand.
