Good day. I’m not sure if this is an Android issue or a KeyOne issue but I recorded a 27 minute video with my KeyOne. All was fine until I moved the video to the locker. After the move I noticed it would didnt give me the option to open it in other media players so I copied the file into another folder but after pasting it, the video stops after 5 minutes but the duration still shows 27. My KeyOne is my 3rd Blackberry but it’s my first android device so I’m not too familiar with android. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Instead of copying the file, try moving (unlocking) it out of Locker. You're already defeating the purpose of having it in Locker anyway by copying it out.
