    I'm one of the lucky few who had their screen fall out of their Key One. I was sent a replacement and I've just spent about three hours setting it up, reconfiguring all the apps, etc. And right at the end as a curiosity I open the front facing camera and it is permanently blurred. Absolutely terrible picture quality.

    My previous Key one took sharp selfies but this one is a mess. So, do I have to send this one back too? Sigh.

    Is there any sticker or protective covering over the lens or the front of the device?
