    I've only been using my BlackBerry keyone for 2 months and the fingerprint starts to malfunction. I had downloaded the diagnostics app from the playstore and it said that the pressure sensor is not working.
    PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    p.s: I also tried the diagnostics on-board the keyone and that is showing that everything is fine. But fingerprint scanner still doesn't work.

    delete saved fingerprints, reboot try new prints if that doesnt work you may have to format and start over if that doesnt work then warranty.
