That’s your recourse since Amazon is pretty good at protecting buyers rights over any sellers rights according to listing requirements. BlackBerry and Blue Mobile didn’t benefit from your purchase so they owe you nothing. Amazon, third party seller and payment company used, all benefited from your purchase. File claims through or against them.
