Hi everyone,
from this morning my K1 shows a strange and bad behaviour with fingerprint access feature.
I thought it's broken and I ran here to find answers...
I read about remove, maybe some problematic apps ( I removed all apps installed in the last few days).
The behaviour that it shows it's quite strange. It seems not working at all but sometimes works...
I tried few turn off (long one) and also ran diagnostic (I've tried "fingerprint an Fingerprintenroll") no one seems to wok.
I've tried to put another finger and still seems not work.
But now, for example, meanwhile I'm writing here, it works...
I'm going crazy...do you have any clue about that?

It's possible you'll be facing a factory reset of the device. But before that, I would recommend you wait until tomorrow when the weekday crowd will be viewing these postings. Some of them are far more knowledgeable than I am and may spare you the Troublesome problems of resetting the whole device such as resetting all the settings and reinserting all the accounts and all of that. You can wait until then. I'm sorry I have nothing further to offer.

Open your phone dial pad and dial *#2886#

Tap on manu

Tap on fingerprint enroll, you will notice a white bar at the top this is going to display your fingerprint when placed over the keyboard.

Please select your results when finished pass or failed.

To return scroll to the bottom of the list and tap on exit.

Oh, if the keyboard fails you may need to replace your keyboard - eBay for less than $30 and various YouTube videos to walk you through it.

I faced the same issue last month, and I don't have good news to share.. after what happened to you, my backlight stopped working and fingerprint reader was completely gone, even the settings for it are gone from the settings menu. and any apps that required fingerprint to log in now say "your device doesn't support fingerprint"
