This is a known issue. A security wipe has a 50% chance of working. Otherwise, it's a hardware failure.
The conite will give it a try for reset. One more thing my locker app is not opening after deleting the saved fingerprint. Since trying with password option but no luck.
You probably just forget the password you used when you set it up.
