To use mobile nerd-speak, I'm close to 'pulling the trigger' and "start rocking" a Black K1 to become my 'daily driver' .

However, as BBM keep making it difficult to buy a black from their new EU site, I'm wondering if BBM would have any responsability to repair a faulty device if I bought it from CPW or a shop on Amazon.

Thanks for getting me closer ...er.... buddies ....

They'll tell you to deal with whoever you purchase it from first, but yes, in the end you have the manufacturer warranty as well provided any issues that arise / if they arise, are covered with the warranty.
