    I get this error message when I try to view SOME images on whatsapp... its weird because its sometimes, not always.

    MESSAGE >>>

    "Sorry, this media file doesn't exist on your internal storage"

    Why is this?

    Go to Settings > Apps > and look for Whatsapp. Click on it, then click on Storage. If the Location is "SD Card" or "External" then click it and have it move back to "Internal".

    Then clear the app cache, and go back to Home. Open Whatsapp and see if images display.
