Is it me or is this option missing? I'm using a K1 on AT&T.

Hi. I have read the option is not there on the KEYᵒⁿᵉ. Only if it's used as internal storage.

No BlackBerry Android device can encrypt the SD card without formatting it as adoptable storage.

You're wrong. My LG G6 and S8+ gives me the option to encrypt my SD card and they don't even offer the option to format as adoptable storage. Only as external.

EDIT: oh sorry you said no Blackberry Android device. I thought you just said No Android device. My apologies.

How is BlackBerry supposed to be the most secure platform without that option. Smh.

It's just BlackBerry, yeah. I have a S8+, it has encryption but no adoption.

Yeah some manufacturers opted to give users the choice. But some decided they didn't want people using adoptable storage since it has the possibility to cause issues.

Cool. I have choose not to use as adoptable because of reading about issues.
