    lately the email to pdf print from any email is showing just a blank screen with only the header of the email and will not save anything after i press the save button
    the gmail app instead still can print to pdf with no problems
    is it another bug for the blackberry hub ?

    In another thread I discovered you have an option to "print" an by pressing the three dots in the upper right corner of the open email. I do not have a printer associated with my phone, but I do see an option to "save as PDF". When selected, the email is saved in the " download" folder. See if that works for you. BTW I'm using the BB Hub for my emails.

    yes, im talking about that "save as pdf" option. when i select it , it will show nothing , only the email header

    I have been experiencing this too, like you it worked before flawlessly, but now it just blank. Would love to have this back.

    Is certainly a bug. I have the same issue even an email without attachments. If you save that pdf then print it from where ever you saved it you should be ok, but not withing the hub. It's a hub bug

    i thought for a moment that it could be an android fault but that same print to pdf screen works flawlessly on google gmail app

    Confirmed issue on my Sprint AAS441 version. Since Sprint is behind on updates you can assume it is not just OS. Hope BB is working on a fix. Going to report on Google Play store page for the Hub.

    I haven't had a need to save an email to pdf but this thread made me look.
    In Hub, viewing an email and choosing Print from the menu, the preview shows only the header bit, as reported. I have a printer to choose or the save to pdf option but either choice only produces the header bit.

    They should be forced by BlackBerry to front a roll-back to teach them a lesson not to fail doing their homework inasmuch is it becomes a smear to the BlackBerry brand and not to TCL＆cie who are already low enough...

    I have no more clout than you do. But a bug is a bug and it has to be brought to their attention so that they know about it. Whether YOU report the bug or someone else does should not matter.

    Thanks for the notification. BTW, Liam and I do peruse the Hub+ Forum from time to time (https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...us-suite-f459/) so if your issue is specifically with the Hub suite, we're more likely to see it there.

    It appears to still work correctly on my Priv but I have to admit that I have not been keeping up with updates on the Priv since getting the KeyOne.

    The versions still on the Priv are:

    1.5.3.45851 Hub+
    1.5.3.13082 for the Hub
