I've really loved reading and answering emails right in the Blackberry hub. I wonder if this new device offers that too. Will I be able to add an email address in the hub like I would on BB10? Or only on Android app?

Yes, you can add exchange/gmail etc. emails and you create/reply to them using the Hub, it doesn't open up any other apps.
Except for my work email... It will not add. It will add to the gmail or outlook third party app. But not the keyone hub. PROBLEM
Major lag getting emails, though. Totally ruins the experience.
Does your company use G Suite by chance?
not sure if you have a setting wrong for your mail, but I have sync off and push on, email has been on par with the pc mail, sometimes a few moments sooner. I'm really enjoying the 🔑 1
I have all the settings correct. It does not like them in the hub.
I found the Hub worked very well but in the end I disabled it and went with the Mailwise App. I just love that App. One of the advantages of Android is that there are always other options if you don't prefer the App you are using.
I had issues with adding my company email (utilizes office365) to Hub at first. Contacted support and they were able to help out by providing the manual settings for adding an account. Hub continues to be faster than outlook on my work computer. I'll always see the alert on my keyone through hub a few seconds before my outlook does in Windows 10.
Hub also helps manage my outlook calendar flawlessly just as the actual outlook app did. I think the BB calendar when also using hub for email is way better than outlook app.
2nd day on my KEYone and I would say BlackBerry 10 is still a superior communication device OS. getting use to it still but my first impression is why can't we have an updated BB10 device with the Google play store instead of Android OS with BlackBerry features but that's beating a dead horse to death again...
I hear you. I feel the same way!
Bb said they are aware of the issue and are working on it. Wow. Really. This is a no brainer.
personally I see Hub + is much better than HUB BB10 and more fluid and flexible with a lot of improving and developing
I have 2 personal Gmail accounts and one work Gmail account entered in the hub.
They all work very fluently, same as on BlackBerry 10.
The HUB on BB10 is a far more superior 'application' when compared to the hub on the Android (BlackBerry or otherwise).
It isn't fluid and there is a horrible lag. It's worse with Android N because of their 'doze' feature (or whatever nonsense they have done to improve the power management).
Using the Hub across work and home accounts. 3 different email providers (including G-suite). No problems with any of them. Hub is working great.
Calendaring is another story. If you're using G-suite, the calendar app doesn't show the hangouts link for a meeting. This is a big problem. I'm using 3 other calendaring apps now. Business Calendar 2 -- for the week/month view. A simple widget with a nice agenda for the home screen (didn't like BC2's) and Google Calendar for viewing individual meetings linked from the home screen agenda. Google Calendar is the only showing the hangout links.
