I've found an option that's available from the three-dot menu when I'm responding to an email that's labelled "Insert Quick Response". My concern is that the phases available grate a little; I'm never going to respond to anyone, particularly a client, that "I'll read their email later...", etc.

I have found a setting where I can edit SMS quick responses but I cannot find where I can edit the email quick responses.

    Any advice gratefully received!

    Hello
Got to HUB, Settings, Select your email account you want Quick Response, Select Quick Responses, Top right hand corner select Create New
You can also select the standard ones and edit and or delete.
    Good luck
